Surat is India’s second cleanest city: Swachch Bharat Survey 2020

Gandhinagar: Indore is India’s cleanest city in Swachh Survekshan 2020, the fifth edition of the annual cleanliness survey of the country. Gujarat’s Surat is on second spot and Maharashtra’s Navi Mumbai is on third. The awards were announced by Union Housing and Urban Affairs. The city of Ahmedabad stood at fifth number overall and first in the category of cities with over 40 lakh population.
