Manekchawk fast food market shuts again after brief reopening

Ahmedabad: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) last evening asked Manekchawk based evening fast food market to shut again. This popular fast food market had reopened just two days ago for limited period of 8 to 10 pm only for take away parcel orders without chairs and tables after long break linked to Covid-19 pandemic related restrictions. It’s worth noting that AMC had shut Law garden based Happy Street fast food street on Sunday. Satellite Police late in the evening also asked a fast food market in Ganesh chowk near ISCKON flyover to shut as it had jumped the time limit of 10 pm. Police detained a person, filed FIR of breach of public notification and seized 8 food carts.
