Gujarat HC allows a Motor Accident case accused girl to fly abroad for MBA study

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court has directed Police to issue ‘no objection certificate’ to motor accident case accused girl Hilomi Deliwala, so that she can fly abroad to Canada for MBA study in Triniti Western University. Hilomi had got admission in college in Canada but without ‘no objection certificate’ from police, it was not possible for her to fly abroad. Hilomi failed to get relief in this regard from trial court. She therefore approached higher court. Helomi was booked in motor accident case in Sabarmati police station.
