Surat: In photos, a new administrative building of Mandvi municipality of Surat district in South Gujarat inaugurated today.Mandvi has today become first ‘D’ class municipality of India to issue smart citizen cards. Mandvi civic body today also started ‘Fix Lunch for Rs.15’ meal service.

Mandvi Municipality’s Atal Thali programme now offers fix lunch of Daal, Bhaat, Shaak, Puris for Rs.15. Municipality has offered free premises to voluntary org to prepare and serve it. Lunch will be catered during 12 to 2 pm on working days. Cost beyond Rs. 15 to be on Municipality.
