AAP releases ‘Guarantee Card’ manifesto for Municipal Corporation elections in Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Delhi based Aam Admi Party (AAP) has recently released its manifesto under the title of ‘Guarantee Card’. AAP has promised global standard education, revamping of all schools under municipal corporation, start of new Gujarati, English, Hindi, Marathi medium schools as per requirement in each ward based on the population, appointment of teachers who have highest qualification, global standard training to teachers after their appointment, nutritious food to children in all schools run by municipal corporations and in later stage also for private schools, implementation of Nagar Raj bill through which the budget will be prepared after meetings in the streets and localities, set up of active ward offices in which councilors will be available to people on fixed day and time, passing of bills only after feedback from ward/maholla committee, free wifi, pure filtered drinking water, clean toilets in AMC main office, ward office and civic centres, guaranteed solution of problems faced by the people in 24 hours, mobile app system for registering complains, home delivery of certificates issued by the municipal corporation, mini fire station in each ward, global standard training to fire staff, expansion of fire brigade and purchase of latest equipment, transparent system of EWS affordable housing scheme, development of Malek Saban stadium pond, Chandola pond suitable for visitors, complete abolition of contract based work system, permanent jobs to contract/temporary employees, city to be made free from stray dogs, cattle, zone-wise animal hostel, compulsory registration of migrant labourers and creation of sufficient facility for boarding of migrant laborer and education of their children.
