Gandhinagar: Agriculture minister RC Faldu today said that news reports relayed on TV channels that there shall be hike in prices of DAP and NPK fertilizers with effect from 1st March are Congress driven, in attempt to mislead the farmers.
Faldu said, on February 26, various TV channels broadcast news reports claiming that from 1st of March this year, DAP fertilizer price will be up from Rs. 1200 per bag to Rs. 1500 per bag and NPK price will go up from Rs 1175 per bag to Rs. 1400 per bag.
