Sufficient stock of Remdesivir injections in Gujarat; the govt shares figures

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government today in a note said the State has sufficient quantity of Remdesivir injections available. According to Food and Drug Commissioner Dr. HG Koshia, as many as 28,119 injections have been availed to districts today including 9,223 in Ahmedabad, 7,746 in Vadodara, 3,772 in Surat, 3,504 in Rajkot and 144 in Mahesana. In addition to this, the company has 10,188 injections at its depot ready for distribution. Thus total 38,307 injections are in distribution across the State.
