Gujarat govt approval to more TP schemes, final notification for skyscrapers

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has given approval to three more Town Planning (TP) schemes and two draft TP schemes.
Among two draft TPs approved are Bhavnagar city’s TP scheme number 30 (Chitra) and Shamlaji Mandir campus and surrounding area development TP scheme.
The government has also approved final TP scheme number 51 (East Khokhra – Mahemdavad), Memnagar – 1 (Second varied) and Gandhinagar’s final TP scheme number 9/B (Vasna-Hadmatiya-Sargasan-Vavol).
The Government has today slao given final approval for notification related to construction of high rise building structures, primary notification of which was approved on 18 August 2020. With this sky rise building will be possible to construct in five cities, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot and Gandhinagar.
