Gujarat reports 644 fresh cases of Covid-19; Ahmedabad count slides below 100

Gandhinagar: Gujarat has reported 644 fresh cases of Covid-19 in 24 hours against recovery of 1,675 covid patients and deaths of 10. Recovery rate in covid-19 cases has gone up at 97.11 per cent in latest as per the State health department. Total over 2.66 lakh persons were vaccinated in this period taking the total number of vaccine doses administrated in the State beyond 1.91 crore. The State has now 13,683 active covid cases. Number of fresh cases reported in 24 hours in Ahmedabad city has gone down below 100 at 92 against 268 recovries. Vadodara city reported 92 cases while Surat city reported 63 cases.
