Hanwant Sinhji appointed new head of the Royal family of Kutch

Bhuj: Shri Hanwantsinh, a younger son of second last Maharao of former Kutch native State late Madansinhji and younger brother of the last Maharao of Kutch late Pragmalji III was appointed as a new head of Kutch Royal family through a formal ceremony as per the customs after Akhil Bharatiya Rajput Sabha chief Arvind Singh Mewar made it clear that Royal throne can’t stay vacant. It’s worth noting that late Pragmalji III who passed away early this month had no son or daughter. He had wished that he should be considered the last Maharao of Kutch after his death.
