Surat receives over 3 inches of rains; water logging in low lying areas

Surat: The city of Surat has received over 3 inches of rains today morning following which water logging has been experienced in some low lying areas. Parts of Central Gujarat such as Naswadi, Tilakwada, Olpad, Padra also received around one to two inches of rains today morning.
