ACB nabs one in Rs. 10,000 bribe case

Gandhinagar: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed S.T.(State Transport) Depot Manager of Halol in a bribe case of Rs 10,000.
The complainant is a driver at Halol ST depot and he was switched to the rotation route from the fixed route from Dahod to Surat on 9th September. The accused S.T. Depot Manager Hemantkumar Jagdishchandra Patel had asked for a bribe of Rs 10,000 from the complainant when he asked to switch him back to the fixed route.
The accused was found accepting the bribe of Rs 10,000 from the complainant during a trap executed by ACB. Legal actions are taken against the accused by ACB. DeshGujarat
