BJP to field 100 new faces in State Assembly general elections next year: CR Patil

Himmatnagar: Gujarat Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President C.R. Patil said in a program of BJP page-committee in Himmatnagar on Monday that 100 new faces will be added in the upcoming election of state assembly and the opportunities will be given to those who have won the trust of the public.

A program for page-president card distribution and page committee dialogue was organised in the leadership of state BJP chief CR Patil along with a road-show on Monday in Himmatnagar. State BJP chief CR Patil said while addressing the karyakar that the karyakar are the strength of BJP and BJP achieved strong victory in the by-elections and the elections of municipal corporation, municipality and taluka panchayat due to their strength. It shows that each Karyakar of BJP has strength for achieving victory in an election. The credit of the historical victory of BJP in the recent Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation election goes to each karyakar of the party, he said. He attacked the congress party by saying that the public does not accept congress party.

He appealed to the karyakars to use Narendra Modi mobile-app and also ask others to do the same. He said that each karyakar should take pledge for the victory and BJP serves the public after winning the elections. He added that each karyakar will achieve deserving positions as per their performances in BJP. He also instructed the elected representatives present at the program to help the karyakars. He further said that each karyakar can demand the tickets for election and a list of over 100 new candidates for MLA position will be declared for the upcoming state assembly election. The high-commands of BJP decide about tickets to be given to which candidates. The opportunity will be given to the new face who has won the trust of the public on the basis of a survey. So, each karyakar of BJP should stand with the public, serve them and make efforts to win their trust, he said. DeshGujarat
