Gandhinagar: Gujarat has recorded 30 fresh cases of covid-19 in 24 hours period ending 5 pm against 18 recoveries and nil death. The State had 171 active covid cases as on 5 pm today.

Among cities, Ahmedabad reported 8 fresh cases followed by 5 in Surat and 3 in Vadodara. Among districts, Valsad reported 5 fresh cases followed by 3 in Surat, 2 each in Gir Somnath and Navsari and 1 each in Junagadh and Kutch.

Over 3.44 lakh doses of covid vaccines were administered in 24 hours period, taking the total count across the State so far above 6.93 crore.
