A total 21 junctions on the roads of Gandhinagar were selected after a survey. The instruments of the size of a telephone box are installed at the pillars at these junctions. The red-light will appear after the pedestrians push the button. The vehicles can be stopped and the pedestrian can cross the road at that time.
