AMC to use jetting recycler machine

Sabarmati: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) flagged off the jetting recycler machine today at the hands of Minister of state urban development and urban housing Vinodbhai Moradiya.

The work of two recycler machines with the facility of jetting cum suction with recycling will start in Ahmedabad for drainage de-choking and desilting on rental agreement of 7 years on PPP (Public Private Partnership) basis.

The machine will provide clean water through jetting when the amount of silting increases during the work of the manhole of the gutter. The machine can be inserted again in the manhole as flushing after it separates the silt and water from the sewage sucked from the hole. There is no need to empty them like a dump tank. It will resolve the issue of emptying and refilling of the water tanks as there is no need for fresh water as the recycled water can be used for jetting after the separated sewage is stored in the tank.
