Gujarat CM approves Rs. 84.71 crore for road works in Surat

Gandhinagar: Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel has granted in-principle approval to the road development works of Rs 84.71 crores in Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) under Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana.
The proposal made by the standing committee of SMC for 302 road repairing works in the city at a cost of Rs 84.71 crores of Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Sadak Yojana has received in-principle approval of CM Bhupendra Patel. SMC will conduct the works from the amount of Rs 84.71 crores in 2021-22. The 302 works include 16 road carpet works, 210 re-carpet works, 44 widening of existing roads or building new roads works, 4 footpath works and 28 C.C. road works. DeshGujarat
