AMC in process to develop Narottam Zaveri hall as Covid hospital

Sabarmati: Though there’s no immediate possibility of third wave, the city administration has started the process of developing AMC run Narottam Zaveri Hall in Paldi as a Covid-19 hospital for eventual use if third wave strikes.

The proposal of developing Narottam Zaveri Hall in Paldi as a covid-19 hospital considering the possible third wave of the pandemic is put forward to road committee today for approval. The proposal demands approval of the standing committee for issuing the contract and exempt the hospital from paying deposit as the works of getting firefighting equipment and NOC as per the guidelines are completed by the contractor.
