Gandhinagar: Gujarat has reported 26 fresh cases of coronavirus infection in 24 hours period against 33 recoveries and nil death. The State has 284 active cases as on 5 pm on Sunday.

Among fresh cases reported in cities, Vadodara recorded 6 cases, Surat p 5, Ahmedabad – 4. Among fresh cases in districts, Kutch reported 5 cases while Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Gir Somnath, Navsari, Porbandar and Vadodara reported 1 fresh case each.

Over 1.43 lakh doses (1,43,050) of covid vaccines were administered during the day, taking the total count across the State above 8 crore (8,00,23,305). These details were shared by the State health department in its daily bulletin on covid-19 this evening. DeshGujarat
