Police in Gujarat nabs one for abusive comments over CDS Gen Bipin Rawat’s demise

Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad cyber crime has nabbed a habitual offender social media user from Amreli district for posting an abusive comment on Facebook regarding the sad accidental demise of Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat.

The accused user Shiva Ahir is from Bherai village of Rajula in Amreli district. He had allegedly posted a controversial comment on his Facebook account regarding the death of General Bipin Rawat and Manohar Parrikar and wished for death of National Security Advisor next with an emoji of smile. Ahir went on to say in comment section that all will get reply.

The cyber crime has filed a complaint against him and initiated an inquiry. Ahmedabad Cyber Crime DCP Amit Vasava informed that the accused user also posted other controversial remarks which could lead to tension in the society in addition to the present offence. DeshGujarat
