Surat court declares rape and murder case accused guilty; Verdict on 16 Dec

Surat: The sessions court has declared the accused of rape and murder of a 10-year old girl in Pandesara, Surat as guilty and the punishment will be declared on 16th December.
The accused Dinesh Baisane had raped and murdered the 10-year old victim girl in a bush at Udhna BRC compound, in front of Laxminarayan industrial park.
He had murdered the victim by wounding her head with a brick for 7 times. The police had presented a 232-page charge sheet against him within 15 days. A total of 45 witnesses, FSL for CCTV footage, medical witnesses, victim’s parents, and last seen together witnesses were included in the speedy trial. DeshGujarat
