Love Jihad case: Hindu girl and Muslim man brought to Bhavnagar from Hyderabad

Bhavnagar Police has held a Muslim man from Hyderabad who eloped with a Hindu woman for allegedly going to marry her after her religious conversion.

The accused young man had eloped with a Hindu female of Bhavnagar. He allegedly intended to marry her after her religious conversion.

The deputy Mayor of Bhavnagar city, Kumar Shah had informed about this case to MLA Vibhavariben Dave. She had contacted Bhavnagar police over this matter. The police traced the accused youth’s location which came out to be Hyderabad. The Bhavnagar police team which was in Hyderabad for investigation of another case found the accused man after the location details were conveyed to them.

It was found in further investigation that the victim was in Vadodara from where she was to be taken to Hyderabad for religious conversion. The family members of the victim brought her back to Bhavnagar from Vadodara after the police informed them. They thanked MLA Vibhavariben Dave and all who helped in this case.
