Gujarat govt declares holiday on January 15 barring essential/emergency services

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has declared holiday for all government offices barring specified ones that are into emergency and essensial services on January 15, the second day of kite flying festival – Uttarayan, which is marked as Vasi Uttaryaan. The decision has been taken in connection with covid-19 pandemic as preventive measure.
