Surat: A video clip of AAP councilor in Surat has gone viral. In this video clip, AAP councilor and the member of Education Committee of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) Rakesh Hirpara can be seen behaving like a monkey and making a strange gesture in front of BJP councilors. Hirpara then sneaks in the office of Leader of Opposition Dharmesh Bhanderi.

Meanwhile Congress party has tweeted the video and said – ‘This is the situation of Aam admi Party leader in Surat, Gujarat. Arvind Kejeirwal, all are same or some sane persons are there in your party?’

The Congress party put this question through a tweet via its Sevadal twitter handle.
