Rs. 309 crore yet to be collected over e-memos issued for traffic violation

Gandhinagar: The state government stated in reply to a question asked by a congress MLA in the state assembly that the state government issued 56 lakh 17 thousand 545 e-memo for breach of traffic rules in 2 years and received a total penalty of Rs 61 crore 42 lakh 50 thousand 993 for them. The penalty of Rs 309 crore 33 lakh 74 thousand 947 is pending for the e-memos. DeshGujarat
