Gandhinagar: Congress President Sonia Gandhi has assigned the responsibility of poll-bound Gujarat State to three AICC secretaries – Umang Singhar, Virender Singh Rathore and BM Sandeep. Congress president has also appointed Ramkishan Ojha as AICC secretary attached with in-charge Gujarat. Dr. Biswaranjan Mohanty and Jitendra Baghel have been relieved from their current responsibility as AICC secretaries.
