Bharuch: Two Police constables Mayur Khuman and Ashok Solanki working with Local Crime Branch’s technical surveillance team in Bharuch are suspended for supplying secret details including the details of the locations of police officers to bootleggers and criminals. Gujarat Police’s State Monitoring Cell’s number of raids against chemical mafias and bootleggers remained unsuccessful recently. Police had a doubt that the secret information was leaked somehow. Meanwhile, in the investigation of State Monitoring Cell’s DySP KT Kamiary and Bharuch district police chief Dr. Leena Patil, it was found that two constables were collecting the information of police officials and selling it to bootleggers. Both cops, constable Mayur Govind Khuman and head constable Ashok Baldev Solanki are suspended and now facing departmental inquiry. Both cops had in the last three months managed to have 600 mobile locations of 15 police officers. DeshGujarat
