Cold wave in Kutch

Gandhinagar: Meteorological Department has released a forecast indicating no significant change in temperature of the state during the next 2 days of winter. Cold wave conditions are likely to prevail in isolated pockets of the Kutch district today.
Amdavad is still witnessing cold winter days with the minimum temperature in Ahmedabad at 10.0 degrees, -2 than normal. Meanwhile, Naliya in Kutch recorded the lowest minimum temperature at 6.2 degrees, -5 than the normal temperature.
Meteorological Department has released a forecast indicating, “No large change in minimum temperature during next 2 days; thereafter, rise by 2-4 degree celsius during subsequent 3 days very likely over the region.”
According to the bulletin, “Cold wave and cold day conditions very likely at isolated pockets in Kutch district.”
