G20: Tourism Working Group meeting in Kutch during 7-9 February

Gandhinagar: The first meeting of the Tourism Working Group of G20 nations shall take place in Rann of Kutch in Gujarat during 7-9 February this year. The meeting will focus on five main points – Green Tourism, Digitalization, Skills, Tourism MSMEs, and Destination Management. A panel discussion will be conducted by United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) during the conference. UNESCO, UNEP, ADB, and ILO will participate in this meeting of the Tourism Working Group. After the B20 inception meeting, this is the second event of G20 in Gujarat. The participants of this event will visit the white Rann of Kutch and witness a cultural event and exhibition displaying the rich heritage of the Kutch area.
