Bharuch: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat Police has nabbed a 39-year-old TRB jawan Jaydipsinh Sardarsinh Rana in Bharuch district for seeking and taking Rs. 500 bribe. According to ACB, a complainant operates a passenger rickshaw on Umalla – Panetha route. The accused TRB cop had demanded Rs.500 hafta bribe per month to allow the complainant to operate on this route without detention of vehicle, fine, or any other harassment. As the complainant was not willing to pay a bribe, he contacted ACB, following which a trap was arranged, and the accused was trapped while receiving the bribe. DeshGujarat
