Why is this aircraft parked in Shilaj area of Ahmedabad?

Amdavad: A businessman from Ahmedabad who originally belongs to the Northern Gujarat district Banaskantha has purchased a retired A320 aircraft from Air India to develop a restaurant in it. There was a total 6 such retired aircraft for sale. The Ahmedabad-based businessman has purchased one of them. Disabled aircraft parts are being assembled in a plot in the Shilaj area of Ahmedabad for creating a restaurant in it. There’s one such plane restaurant near Vadodara also. This will be the second such restaurant in Gujarat. The plane will stand up on its landing gears (wheels) only for this restaurant project. DeshGujarat
