Property valuation applications go online from today

Gandhinagar: Property valuation applications will only be accepted online through the integrated Revenue Case Management System (iRCMS) portal from today.

According to a statement from the Superintendent of Stamps and Registration Inspector’s office, all applications will be processed within 10 days on the new digitized system.

The new procedure mandates that all instruments presented before any sub-registrar office must be submitted online, and a sample application is available on ircms.gujarat.gov.in.

The sub-registrar’s office has to either accept or reject the application within two days and provide a valid reason if it is denied, along with issuing a challan for any fees. Stamp duty will be determined by the office based on the application, and the sub-registrar’s office will complete this process online. DeshGujarat
