Hindus led by VHP hold march in Bhavnagar to demand Disturbed Areas Act coverage
March 20, 2023
Bhavnagar: Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP)’s Bhavnagar unit today held a march and presented a memorandum to the district collector to implement the disturbed areas act in the city.
The rally started from Bhidbhanjan Mahadev Mandir at 3.45 pm and reached the district collector’s office. The local Hindus who participated in this march demanded the implementation of the disturbed areas act in the Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation (BMC) limits. The local Hindus alleged that the people from the minority community in the city target all the areas of the city in a planned way and buy several houses at higher prices in Hindu areas. They then usurp the remaining houses of Hindus at low prices.
Hundreds of local Hindus including those from the areas like Manekwadi, Devbag, Anant Vadi, Gita Chok, and Pragji Dave Sheri joined the march and demanded the implementation of the disturbed areas act. DeshGujarat
