Traffic red signals to be stopped and reduced during summer afternoons

Sabarmati: The city police and the AMC (Amdavad Municipal Corporation) will hold a meeting on April 19 to take a decision on halting over 250 traffic signals across the city from 1 to 4 pm in the afternoons during the period of summer in order to give relief to commuters from waiting at various signals under the scorching sun. Such relief had been given on previous occasions as well in the summers.
