Her family members instructed Brijesh to bring Sahista and hand her over to them at Talvada.
Brijesh handed over Sahista to her family members at Talvada chokdi, and one of them named Sadik made her sit in his car. The next day, Brijesh learned that Sahista was killed and buried. In his plea, Brijesh demanded action against those who murdered her and also requested a post-mortem of her dead body. Brijesh has accused Mohammad Kamu Shaikh, Sadik Mohammad Shaikh, Ramjan Sindhi, Sidik Shaikh, and Soeb Shaikh of murder. The plea was submitted to the Surat range office. DeshGujarat
