Orange heat alert in Ahmedabad for next 5 days – May 9th to 13th

Ahmedabad: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for the city of Ahmedabad from today May 9th till May 13th.

According to the Meteorological Centre in Ahmedabad, the maximum temperature of the city is likely to remain above 42 degrees Celsius for the whole week. On May 10 and 11, the mercury might also touch 44 degrees Celsius. A heatwave is most likely to occur on May 9 and 10, very likely on May 11-13. DeshGujarat
