A man leaves his bike as it is after finding nest in it; Two birds take birth there

Gandhinagar: A local man from Dabhoda village of Gandhinagar district in Gujarat is being praised on the social media for his act of kindness after he helped a bird hatch its eggs as he found a nest on his bike.

The man namely Mukesh Khatri informed that he was getting ready to go for a bike ride when he noticed the nest on the front of his bike of Discovery brand. He kept his bike there and dropped the idea of ride as there was a nest inside.

After a week he spotted the nest had two eggs in it. Khatri had already decided to leave his bike where it was, until the eggs hatched. He also made sure to keep the area around his bike clean and free of predators.

After a month, the eggs of The Indian Robin (Copsychus fulicatus) hatched, and he was overjoyed to see three little baby birds chirping and eating. Khatri continued to leave his bike where it was for a few more weeks, so that the baby birds could grow up strong.

When the baby birds were old enough to fly, the bird flew away with its babies. Khatri’s act of kindness has been praised by many people on social media. His story is a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. DeshGujarat
