GIFT City to have new multi-level parking

Gandhinagar: GIFT City has taken a unique approach to tackle the increasing parking demand by implementing a multi-level parking (MLP) project.
The management of GIFT City recently approved a tender for an MLP project that will accommodate 1,150 cars and generate revenue of approximately Rs 12.50 crore. This model optimizes the use of available floor space index (FSI) and allows for the development of commercial projects alongside the parking facility.
The Nakshatra Group emerged as the winning bidder for the project offering 1,150 car parking spaces and paying Rs 1.11 lakh per parking slot to GIFT City. The group also plans to develop additional commercial space and a luxury hotel.
GIFT City intends to introduce more MLP projects in different clusters to meet the growing demand, driven by the presence of various companies and banks, as well as the establishment of fintech companies in the city. DeshGujarat
