Justice Vipul M. Pancholi of Gujarat HC transferred as to Patna HC

Ahmedabad: Justice Vipul M. Pancholi from the Gujarat High Court has been transferred as a judge to the Patna High Court.
The President of India, based on recommendations from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, has transferred Justice Vipul Manubhai Pancholi to the Patna High Court as a judge, in accordance with Article (1) of Section 222 of the Constitution. The Ministry of Law of the Central Government has also issued an official notification regarding this transfer.
Justice Vipul M. Pancholi was appointed as a judge of the Gujarat High Court on October 1, 2014. Born on May 28, 1968, Justice Vipul Pancholi completed his BSc from Saint Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad. He later obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Sir LA Shah Law College. He commenced his practice as an advocate in the Gujarat High Court and served as an Assistant Public Prosecutor and Additional Public Prosecutor until 2006 in the same court. DeshGujarat
