Minor Hindu girl rape case; Mother and wife of accused arrested

Vadodara: The police nabbed the mother and wife of the accused Shakil Vhora in the love jihad case of Padra.

The police have nabbed 7 accused so far in the love jihad case of Padra. The accused Shakil Vhora had raped the minor Hindu female studying in class 9 after introducing himself as Hindu with fake fake Hindu name, as alleged by the minor Hindu female in the complaint. Shakil also forced her into prostitution, she alleged in the court. The accused Shakil’s mother Nasibben Salimbhai Vhora (age 49) and his wife Rahima Shakil Vhora (age 23) allegedly helped him and gave threats to the minor Hindu female.

The police previously nabbed 5 accused after investigation. The police later nabbed the wife and mother of the accused Shakil. An accused financer Kiran Shantilal Patel is yet to be nabbed in this case.
