Surat fan crafts world’s first natural diamond cricket bat for Indian cricketer

Surat: A fan from Surat has prepared a real diamond bat to give it to his favourite cricketer of the Indian cricket team as a gift.

The fan gave an order to a well-known diamond manufacturer company in Surat to make the bat from a 1.04-carat real diamond. The bat is made from a single natural rough diamond. The original skin layer of the diamond is kept intact on the handle and front of the bat to authenticate that the bat is made with a single natural diamond.

The industrialist who placed the order with the company to create the bat has instructed them to keep his name a secret. Utpal Mistri, the director of Lexus Technomist – the company that manufactured the bat, informed the media that this is the world’s first cricket bat with a 1.04-carat natural diamond. DeshGujarat
