Motera: A viral video showcasing a confrontation between a man and a female police officer during the India-Pakistan World Cup match on Saturday here at Narendra Modi Stadium has sparked a police investigation.

In the video, a heated dispute unfolds between the man and the female officer. The female cop slaps the young man as she looks frustrated. In response, the man retaliates with a slap of his own, and both individuals exchange insults. Onlookers can be seen intervening to break up the altercation. All of this was captured on a mobile camera. Sources within the Chandkheda police have confirmed the incident and stated that an inquiry is underway.

“The stadium housed approximately 5,000 police officers, making it challenging to identify the female officer. Our first step is to ascertain her identity, after which we will file a formal complaint. We have informed all the officers present at the stadium about the incident and have asked the relevant individual to approach the Chandkheda police,” explained an officer from the Chandkheda police department.
