Diwali school vacation 2023 in Gujarat from November 9 to 29

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Educational Board declared on Thursday that the Diwali holidays for primary and secondary schools in the state will commence on November 9 and conclude on November 29. This is popularly called the Diwali vacation which triggers a huge rush of Gujarati tourists everywhere across and outside Gujarat.
This 21-day break aligns with the previously established academic schedule. The State Primary Education Commissioner’s office issued a circular on Thursday to communicate these dates to all district education and district primary education officers. These vacation dates are applicable to all schools affiliated with the GSHSEB, including grant-in-aid, government, and private institutions. This year Diwali is on November 12th. DeshGujarat
