43 office bearers and workers resign from AAP in Bharuch

Bharuch: More than 40 office-bearers and workers of the Bharuch district Aam Aadmi Party collectively resigned from the party on Thursday.

In an official letter addressed to the AAP Gujarat Chief, Ishudan Gadhvi, and AAP Minority Wing President, Amjad Khan Pathan, 33 party workers and 10 office bearers of the Bharuch district Aam Aadmi Party submitted their resignations.

This resignation comes just a day after the AAP MLA Bhupat Bhayani from the Visavadar assembly constituency resigned from the Vidhansabha.

In response to the resignations, Piyush Patel, the district president of the Aam Aadmi Party in Bharuch, stated that the resigned workers were inactive in the party after the assembly elections. Consequently, they were not accommodated in the new organizational structure. Patel added that these resignations were carried out by misusing the party’s letterhead. The matter has been reported at the state level, and appropriate actions will be taken in response. DeshGujarat
