IPL Biologicals inks MoU with Gujarat govt for setting up Rs. 400 crore facility

Gandhinagar: IPL Biologicals, an agro-biological company, has entered into an agreement with the Gujarat government to establish a state-of-the-art biofertilizers, biopesticides, biofungicide, microbial growth promoter facility in the state, with an investment of Rs 400 crore.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with the state government agency, Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission, in the presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. The agro-biological production facility is set to begin operations in mid-2025, creating over 500 direct and indirect jobs.
The facility is aligned with the national goal of adopting organic and sustainable practices by 2030. IPL Biologicals aims to reduce chemical usage in the agribusiness sector and ensure safe food production globally. DeshGujarat
