Chotaudepur: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat has nabbed a women head constable posted at Mahila Police Station, Division 3 in Chotaudepur, in a bribery case involving Rs. 5000.
As per the details of the case, due to a disagreement between the complainant and his wife, the complainant’s wife filed an application against him at Women’s Police Station Chotaudepur. After that, the accused woman head constable, Arunaben Karshanbhai Rathwa (39), took the statement of the complainant on January 4, 2024, and demanded a bribe of Rs. 10,000 from the complainant, which was later reduced to Rs. 5000.
