This will be the budget with highest provision ever in history of Gujarat: Kanubhai Desai

Gandhinagar: This year’s budget will have the highest provision in the history of Gujarat, according to the Minister of Finance in the Government of Gujarat, Kanubhai Desai. It will be in accordance with the pledge of making a developed Bharat, said the minister today.

The Finance Minister will be presenting the state budget for the financial year 2024-25 today in the state assembly.

While talking to the media after reaching the Gujarat Vidhansabha complex, the minister said, “Our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, has taken a pledge to make ‘Vikasit Bharat @2047.’ Keeping that in mind, the government of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has prepared a roadmap for ‘Viksit Gujarat 2047.’ According to that roadmap, we have prepared this budget, focusing on giving priority to the poor, women empowerment, farmers, and youth. This budget will have the highest provision in the history of Gujarat.” DeshGujarat
