UT Congress chief reacts to speculations that Priyanka Gandhi may contest from Diu Daman seat

Daman: On the speculations of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra contesting from Union Territory of Daman & Diu for Lok Sabha polls 2024, Daman & Diu Congress President Ketan Patel told news agency ANI, “Priyanka Gandhi may be a possible candidate from Daman & Diu. I embrace this proposal… The whole of South Gujarat has always been with Congress and we will also benefit from Saurashtra. We will definitely get benefits in these regions. So I welcome this decision.”
