Surat: A two and half year old girl-child was seriously injured after a car ran over her while coming out of the basement parking of the Royal Titanium building.

51-year old Girish Maniya was coming out of the basement parking lot in his Mercedes car. At the same time a female servant Kajal Ode’s 2.5 years old girl child was playing there. When Girish Maniya reversed his car out of the parking lot and then forwarded it, the girl was hit by the car. Girish Maniya said that the girl child due to her small height was not visible to him and she was at an unexpected place where generally, no one would sit.

As soon as Girish Maniya was informed about the incident, he rushed to the hospital to inquire about the health of the girl child. He has clarified that the accident happened as a mistake and offered to pay full expenditure of the child’s medical treatment. DeshGujarat
