Gujarat CM and Patil to visit Delhi for selection of Lok Sabha candidates

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and state BJP chief CR Patil will be visiting the national capital today for a meeting with BJP chief JP Nadda and Union Home minister Amit Shah for selection of party candidates for 11 seats. The party has already declared the candidates for 15 of 26 seats in Gujarat. Another 11 candidates are likely to be finalized in next two days.
The party is likely to hold a meeting of its Central Election Committee (CEC) on March 10 to final selection of the names of candidates.
Both Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and State President CR Patil are expected to attend both the core committee and CEC meetings. DeshGujarat
